The career path needs to be planned in three stages: private license commercial license ATPL. According to data from a certain airline, it takes an average of 8 years for a co pilot to be promoted to captain. Model modification training requires mastery of differential training standards. A B787 modification course includes 200 hours of ground training and 60 hours of simulation training.
